Q: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, our foils are sold in half and full carton quantities.
Q: Can I mix prints/sizes within a carton?
No — cartons are set up as single-SKU packs for accuracy.
Q: Can I view my past orders?
Yes. In your account dashboard, go to Orders to see a full history of your purchases.
Pricing & Discounts
Q: Are wholesale discounts applied automatically?
Yes — your wholesale pricing is linked to your account. Once logged in, all prices you see are your exclusive stockist rates.
Q: Do prices include GST?
Yes — all prices in the portal are listed inclusive of GST.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive automated tracking updates once your order ships.
Marketing & Assets
Q: Where do I access product imagery and logos?
Our Brand Asset Library is linked to include high-resolution product images, logos, and brand guidelines for stockists.
Q: Can I use lifestyle imagery on my socials/website?
Yes — please use the approved high-res images available in the portal to keep branding consistent.
